How do I find my size?
Each jacket has a size guide on its product page. Our pieces are handmade, so allow ±2 cm variation between samples. If you sit between two sizes we recommend sizing up for looser styles and your usual size for structured cuts.
Our pieces are designed to be worn season after season so we allow for some room in them. It's rare that you would get the wrong size. Should you have any questions, you can email us on hello@loomandthings.com
How long until my order ships?
In-stock pieces ship within 2- 5 business days across. For more details, review our latest shipping policy.
What if it doesn't fit?
Free UK returns within 14 days. International returns are accepted at the buyer's cost. One-of-a-kind pieces are exchange-only.
How do I care for a handloom jacket?
We recommend dry clean occasionally due to the block printed lining that is on the inside. For regular care, air it in shade. The natural cotton is a great absorbent and self airs. It will soften beautifully over time. Iron on a low setting. Avoid harsh detergents — your jacket will soften beautifully with wear.
What does "one of a kind" mean?
One-of-a-kind means we made exactly one. The fabric, embroidery placement, and trim are unique to that single garment. We don't restock.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations. Lead time outside the UK is 10-12 business days and you will be notified when the item ships with the tracking details.
