CANCELLATIONS, RETURN AND REFUND

1. CANCELLATIONS

1.1 You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order without hassle or cost. Once this period passes, your order will be confirmed with our partner brands and artisans who will begin preparing the item for dispatch.  Please be mindful of the process and steps that go into making each item. 

1.2 Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain products that we sell, for example, items made to order or customised.

1.3 You must inform us of your wish to cancel your order in writing by email to hello@loomandthings.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, protective lining and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items may not be eligible for a return, read below for more details. 

Please note that we are a slow fashion platform, consequently our pieces are limited edition and one of a kind coming to you from the artisans in India. We take utmost care to not inflate prices for our items as we want everyone to experience the exquisite craftsmanship of our products so its extremely difficult for us to manage the high costs of returns at these prices. Please be mindful of what goes into making these items and avoid taking advantage of the return policy. We appreciate your cooperation.

2.2 Your return request must be received within 14 days from the date you received your shipment to get a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping will be handled by the customer. There will be £10 restocking fee for one of a kind items. 

2.3 Loom And Things will issue a refund for the return of full priced merchandise subject to the following:

  • Made to order items and customised orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect. Please read the product description carefully before placing the orders. These items can only be returned for a store credit. 
  • There will be a restocking fee of £10 for one of a kind items 
  • Returns delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 2.4 Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2.5 Made to Order/Customised orders: In case you want to return an item made or customised to your order, you can only return the item if it was damaged or wrong. Please see product details to identify if an item is made to order. These items can only be returned for a store credit. 

2.6 Sale items, Gift cards: Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

2.7 Independent policy/terms for individual Brands: We occasionally curate fantastic sustainable brands who may have separate terms of return or an independent return policy, which will supersede this policy to the extent of an inconsistency and supplement the terms of this policy in remaining circumstances. Please refer to the product information page under the heading “Shipping & Returns” for this information.

2.8 Processing a Return

  1. a) To process a return, please follow the following steps:
  • Email us at hello@loomandthings.com to request a return form. The email must include your name, order number, reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Print and fill out the return form and place it with the items you wish to return;
  • The return mailing address and mailing service for return will be on the bottom of the return form.
  1. b) Once your package has been received at the mailing address and via the mailing service specified at the bottom of the return form, you will be notified via email that your return package has been received and your refund is under process. We will process your refund promptly, and in any event within 14 days of sending you the notification confirming receipt of your return package.
  2. c) You will be automatically refunded on your via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and initiate the refund..
