        • Shipping: This product will take 2 weeks to get delivered to the UK once it's dispatched as it comes straight from the maker in India. Please read our shipping policy for further details.
        • Returns: The brand does not accept returns on products sold as a company policy as all items are made to order. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product. Please read our returns policy
        1. Manufacturing fault : Whilst the brand maintains the strictest quality control at RIGU, if there is a product defect for which they are responsible, they can take the item back and provide with a new one within two weeks time. Once your return is received, the brand will send you an email to notify that they have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which they are responsible they will re-make the item you purchased.
        2. Wrong or damaged good: The brand will only accept returns are only in case of damages or wrong deliveries.
        Wash & Care

        Dry clean only. Each one of our pieces is hand-crafted and made with a lot of love and care. We use breathable/organic fabrics. Our detailings are also hand-done, and we use one of a kind buttons/trims/patches/embroideries. We request you to look after each piece with utmost care. All are pieces are colour tested. The right care is necessary to maintain longevity of handcrafted pieces.
